About Me
Hi, my name is Onyeomachi! I grew up in southern California and later moved to Dallas, where I earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of working in both pediatric and hand therapy settings. I help young people build the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. I believe therapy works best when it feels meaningful and fun — so I design activities rooted in what each child will enjoy. Beyond the clinic, I'm deeply passionate about advocacy and have partnered with nonprofit organizations to champion inclusivity and access to care. I bring that same commitment to every family I work with, making sure each child and family feel seen, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Clients appreciate my holistic approach to therapy, focusing on their unique needs and goals. I excel at building strong family partnerships through consistent communication and collaborative goal setting. My ability to create innovative, occupation-based activities makes therapy engaging and effective. I take pride in developing educational resources that empower clients and their families, including bilingual materials to ensure everyone has access to quality care regardless of language barriers.
