All Care Therapies began as All Care Rehab & Staffing, a single outpatient clinic in Southern California. In 2019, Founder and CEO Amit Dhir restructured and rebranded the practice as All Care Therapies, with a singular mission: to expand access to high-quality therapy for every patient, regardless of where they live, what language they speak, or what insurance they carry.
Since then, All Care has grown into a nationwide hybrid care organization of more than 800 employees, including 400+ credentialed clinicians, delivering speech, occupational and physical therapy in 17 languages via telehealth, in clinic, in the home, and on-site at schools.
The team leading All Care Therapies today is the team that built it: clinicians, operators and technologists committed to the mission that started it all.
