About Me

Hi, I'm Giany, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with more than 10 years of experience helping people of all ages live more independently and with greater confidence. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across Florida and Texas, and I'm proud to offer services in both English and Spanish. My approach is built on listening first. I take time to understand what matters most to each person I work with, then we build a plan together that fits their real life and goals. Whether I'm supporting a child in developing everyday skills, helping an adult recover function after an injury, or working with an older adult to stay safe and active at home, I bring the same level of care and commitment to every session. I believe that small, steady progress adds up to meaningful change — and I feel honored to be part of that journey with my patients and their families.
