Occupational Therapy7+ years

About Me

Hello! I’m Dalton Bartley, MSOT, OTR/L, a licensed occupational therapist with over seven years of experience helping patients maximize their independence and quality of life. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in home health, outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing settings, treating a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions. I believe successful therapy starts with listening to each patient’s unique goals and creating individualized treatment plans that are both evidence-based and meaningful. My approach focuses on improving functional performance while empowering patients and their families through education, encouragement, and practical strategies they can use in everyday life. I value clear communication, compassion, and collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to help every patient reach their highest potential. I’m excited to provide high-quality occupational therapy services through All Care Therapies and look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of the individuals and families I serve.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

My goal is to make every patient feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their therapy journey. I take the time to understand each person’s unique goals and create treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and focused on meaningful results. Patients appreciate my positive attitude, clear communication, and ability to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. I believe therapy should be encouraging, collaborative, and empowering—not overwhelming. Whether we’re working on recovering after an injury, improving daily function, or building independence, I’m committed to helping each patient make steady progress while celebrating every success along the way. I strive to build strong relationships based on trust, compassion, and respect, so every patient feels comfortable, motivated, and supported from the first session to the last.
