About Me

I'm a licensed Physical Therapist with 13 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in the Philippines and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Arcadia University in Pennsylvania. That combination of international training and advanced education gives me a broad perspective on care that I bring to every patient I work with. I'm licensed in California and fluent in both English and Tagalog, so I'm able to connect with patients in the language they feel most comfortable using. I believe that good physical therapy starts with truly listening — understanding not just where it hurts, but what you want to get back to doing. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or working to rebuild your strength, I'll work with you to create a plan that fits your life and your goals. My approach is hands-on, patient-centered, and focused on real, lasting results.
