About Me
I'm an Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping people of all ages live more independently and fully. I've worked with young children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of settings — including hospitals, early intervention programs, schools, homes, and telehealth. No matter the setting, my focus stays the same: helping each person participate in the activities that matter most to them. My work covers fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, social participation, and functional independence. I take a person-centered approach, meaning I start by getting to know your strengths, goals, and daily routines before building a plan together. Over the past four years, I've delivered occupational therapy through telehealth, which has deepened my ability to connect with families and educators and bring effective care directly into the home or classroom. I'm also passionate about staying current in my field. I've presented research at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Conference and remain committed to evidence-based practice. I offer services in both English and Spanish and am licensed in California and New York.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
People tell me they appreciate that I take time to truly listen before jumping into solutions. I want to understand what your day looks like, what's getting in the way, and what success means to you. With over 20 years of experience across many settings and age groups, I bring both knowledge and flexibility to every session. My goal is to make therapy feel relevant and practical — something that fits your real life, not just a clinical checklist. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and that shows in every session.
