Amit Dhir is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of All Care Therapies, a technology-enabled therapy organization with more than 800 employees that delivers speech, occupational and physical therapy nationwide in outpatient clinics, patients' homes, schools and through telehealth. All Care concentrates on three areas: speech and language disorders, musculoskeletal conditions and autism.
A technology foundation
Amit began his career in software. He earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and worked as a software architect building systems for healthcare organizations. That work exposed a recurring problem: therapy providers delivered valuable clinical care while running their operations on fragmented, manual processes.
In 2014 he founded WebABA, a web-based practice-management platform for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers that combined scheduling, session documentation and practice administration with billing and credentialing services. Amit led WebABA through its successful exit in 2018. WebABA later became part of Therapy Brands, which was acquired by KKR in 2021 and now operates as Ensora Health.
From software to care delivery
Building WebABA gave Amit a detailed view of how therapy practices work, from intake and insurance authorization to documentation, billing and outcomes. In 2019 he restructured and rebranded All Care Rehab & Staffing, a single outpatient clinic, into All Care Therapies. He then built out the places of service and service lines that define the company today: in-home care, school-based services and telehealth alongside outpatient clinics.
All Care's model rests on a simple idea: clinics, homes, schools and telehealth should be parts of one care-delivery system rather than separate businesses. A family might begin with an in-clinic evaluation, continue with telehealth sessions and coordinate with school-based services, while the clinical team, records and care plan stay consistent. Supporting that model takes infrastructure most therapy providers never build: centralized intake and scheduling, credentialing and payer contracting, documentation systems, and a telehealth platform designed specifically for therapy. Over time, All Care is becoming a therapy platform in its own right.
The company has also grown through acquisitions, including Mesa Physical Therapy in San Diego in 2020 and Las Vegas–based pediatric provider Therapy Blocks in 2024. Forbes has named All Care Therapies to its list of America's Best Startup Employers four consecutive years (2023–2026).
How he builds
Amit approaches healthcare as an operator. He focuses on the fundamentals that determine whether patients actually receive care: recruiting and retaining licensed therapists, clinical quality, reliable payer relationships, and systems that reduce administrative work so clinicians spend more time with patients. He favors practical technology, meaning software that removes friction from intake, scheduling and documentation, over technology for its own sake. He sees innovation in therapy delivery as core to All Care's identity.
Philanthropy and investing
Amit and his wife, Sonia Chopra Dhir, lead Empower Up, a nonprofit foundation that advances financial literacy for women and promotes children's health. He also invests privately in healthcare and real estate through a family office. He is based in Southern California.
