About Me

Hi, I'm Yousi, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and older adults find their voice. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with a wider range of families and make therapy feel more comfortable and personal from the very first session. I have a deep passion for literacy and language development, and I love watching the moment a child discovers the joy of a new storybook or says something they've been working hard to express. My approach is hands-on and engaging — I believe that when therapy feels enjoyable, real progress follows. I design activities that meet each person where they are, building skills in a way that feels natural rather than forced. Whether I'm working with a young child on their first words or supporting an adult in communicating more clearly and confidently, my goal is always the same: to help each person say what they want to say and feel proud doing it. I am licensed in both California and Florida and offer afternoon appointments.
