About Me

I am an occupational therapist with more than 10 years of experience working with people of all ages — from young children in school settings to adults and older adults in rehabilitation. I earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University and have spent my career helping people build independence, confidence, and real-life skills. I began my journey as a COTA, which gave me a strong hands-on foundation before advancing to the OTR level. Over the years, I have worked in schools, orthopedic clinics, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. I have a special passion for both pediatric care and hand therapy — two areas where I have seen patients make truly meaningful progress. My approach is always patient-centered. I take time to understand each person's goals, challenges, and daily life before building a treatment plan that fits them. Whether I am helping a child develop motor skills in the classroom or guiding an adult through post-surgery hand rehabilitation, I bring the same dedication, warmth, and attention to every session. I am also able to provide services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which allows me to connect with a wider range of families and patients.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

Patients and families often tell me they appreciate how much I truly listen. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I take the time to understand what matters most to each person and build a plan around their real daily needs. My background spans pediatrics, hand therapy, and adult rehabilitation, so I bring a broad perspective to every case. I am also bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, which helps many families feel more comfortable and understood right from the start.
