About Me
I'm Stephanie, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) with more than three years of hands-on clinical experience helping patients regain independence and improve their daily functioning. I work hard to understand each person's unique needs and goals, and I build treatment plans that are tailored specifically to them — not a one-size-fits-all approach. My experience spans home health and skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings, where I've worked closely with patients and their families to support recovery and long-term well-being. I believe that education is a key part of the therapy process, so I take time to teach patients and caregivers about home programs and adaptive strategies they can use every day. I'm committed to clear, accurate documentation and seamless communication with the broader care team. Every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapy journey — and that's the experience I strive to provide at every visit.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Patients and families often tell me they appreciate how I take the time to explain what we're working on and why. I approach every session with patience and genuine care, and I make it a point to celebrate progress — no matter how small. I'm organized, attentive to detail, and always focused on delivering consistent, high-quality care. Working with me means having a therapy partner who is truly invested in your recovery and well-being.
