About Me
I have been working as a speech-language pathologist for over 20 years, serving children and adults across schools, homes, and private practice settings. My career has taken me through in-person and virtual environments, which means I am comfortable meeting families wherever works best for them. I believe that good therapy starts with listening — to the child, to the parents, and to the team around them. Whether I am working one-on-one with a student on language skills or coaching a parent through strategies they can use at home, I focus on making therapy feel approachable and meaningful. I have extensive experience completing comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans, including IEPs and care plans. I also have a strong background in feeding therapy for children. Over the years I have supervised SLPAs, graduate students, and clinical fellows, which has deepened my own understanding of best practices. My goal in every session is to help each person I work with build real, lasting communication skills that make a difference in their daily life.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Families tell me they appreciate how I take the time to explain what I am doing and why. I work hard to make therapy feel like a partnership rather than something that just happens to your child. I bring over two decades of hands-on experience in schools, homes, and teletherapy, so I can adapt my approach to what each family needs. I am patient, organized, and genuinely invested in seeing every client reach their goals.
