About Me

Hello! I'm Sierra, a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about helping individuals build confidence through effective communication. I earned my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Utah State University, where I had the opportunity to work in the Child Language Research Lab with a focus on children's language development. I've had the privilege of working with clients across a variety of settings, including public schools, private practice, and telehealth. I have had the privilege of working at All Care Therapies since 2022. These experiences have allowed me to support both children and adults with a wide range of communication needs. My clinical experience includes language disorders, speech sound disorders (articulation and phonological disorders), childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering, aphasia, developmental disorders, and voice disorders. I believe that every client is unique, and I strive to create therapy sessions that are individualized, engaging, and centered around each person's goals. Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, working in my garden, or enjoying music by playing the viola and piano. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that I love, and I look forward to helping my clients and their families reach meaningful communication goals together.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

Families often tell me they appreciate how patient, encouraging, and fun I am to work with. I think real progress happens when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely excited to show up. Whether I'm helping a young child say their first words more clearly or supporting an adult in rebuilding communication skills, I work hard to make every session feel welcoming and worthwhile. I listen closely to what matters most to each client and their family, and I celebrate every step forward — big or small.
