Occupational Therapy

About Me

I am a compassionate Occupational Therapist with experience working with both children and adults across a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, inpatient facilities, and telehealth. I hold a Master of Occupational Therapy degree and have worked with patients facing a wide range of challenges, from sensory and fine motor difficulties in young learners to complex neurological and orthopedic conditions in adults. My approach is always centered on the individual. I take time to understand each person's daily life, goals, and unique needs before building a therapy plan. For children, I work to make sessions engaging and meaningful so that progress feels natural. For adults, I focus on restoring independence and function in the activities that matter most to them. I also believe that families and caregivers play a vital role in a client's progress. I make it a priority to communicate openly, explain therapy goals clearly, and provide practical strategies that can be used at home and in everyday life. My background in psychology helps me connect with clients and families on a deeper level, building the trust that makes therapy truly effective.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

Clients and families often tell me they appreciate how much I listen and how clearly I explain things. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I bring both warmth and clinical knowledge to every session. Whether I am working with a child on fine motor skills or helping an adult regain independence after an injury, I stay focused on what matters most to each person. I am committed to making therapy feel supportive, not overwhelming, and I work hard to celebrate progress every step of the way.
