About Me
I have spent over a decade working alongside children and families as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, and I genuinely love what I do. My background spans school-based settings, home health, and early childhood programs, which has given me a well-rounded view of how children communicate and grow at different stages of life. I work with children who have articulation challenges, fluency difficulties like stuttering, and autism spectrum disorder, tailoring each session to fit the individual child's needs and personality. I believe that therapy works best when children feel safe, understood, and encouraged. My goal in every session is to create an environment where kids feel comfortable taking risks with their communication, celebrating small wins along the way. I got my start volunteering with Special Olympics and working in Head Start programs, and those experiences shaped my deep respect for every child's unique path. I am organized, dependable, and committed to keeping families informed and involved throughout the therapy process. I look forward to being a supportive part of your child's communication journey.
