About Me

Hi, I'm Paige Bowman, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with more than three years of hands-on experience helping adults and older adults regain their independence and improve their quality of life. I work closely with each person I treat to understand their unique goals and then design a plan that fits their life — not just a generic checklist. I have experience working with people who are recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, fractures, amputations, dementia, and many other conditions. My sessions focus on practical, everyday skills like dressing, grooming, self-feeding, and safe mobility. I also use therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, NMES, and IASTM to support recovery. I believe the best outcomes happen when patients, families, and care teams are all working together. I take time to educate patients and their loved ones on home exercises, adaptive equipment, and techniques like energy conservation and joint protection — tools they can use long after therapy ends. My goal is always to help each person feel more capable, confident, and comfortable in their daily life.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

Patients often tell me they appreciate that I take the time to truly listen and understand what matters most to them. I bring creativity and genuine enthusiasm to every session, making therapy feel less like a chore and more like progress. I work hard to build real trust with the people I serve, and I communicate openly with families and care team members so everyone feels informed and supported. I'm committed to helping each person I work with reach their fullest potential.
