About Me
I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with more than eight years of hands-on clinical experience helping people of all ages live safer, more independent lives. My work spans home health, acute rehabilitation, outpatient settings, and geriatric care, which means I have had the chance to support a wide variety of clients and families through some of their most challenging moments. I believe that great therapy starts with truly listening. Every person I work with has their own goals, routines, and priorities, and my job is to build a care plan that fits their real life — not a one-size-fits-all approach. I focus on practical, evidence-based strategies that help clients improve their ability to complete daily tasks, move safely in their environment, and feel more confident at home. I also take pride in working closely with families and caregivers, making sure the progress we make in therapy carries over into everyday life. Whether I am teaching a safe transfer technique, recommending the right assistive equipment, or guiding someone through a home exercise program, my goal is always the same: to help each person reach their fullest potential.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Clients and families often tell me they appreciate how much I genuinely care. I take the time to explain what we are doing and why, so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming. My background working with diverse populations — from children to older adults — means I can adapt quickly and meet people where they are. I bring patience, creativity, and a warm, encouraging approach to every session, and I am committed to celebrating every step of progress along the way.
