About Me
I am a licensed Occupational Therapist with a master's degree from Columbia University Medical Center and a background that spans pediatrics, school-based therapy, mental health, and physical rehabilitation. Since 2018, I have had the privilege of working with children and families across a wide range of settings — from early childhood centers and K–12 schools to outpatient clinics and telehealth platforms. My approach is creative, evidence-based, and deeply personal. I believe that meaningful, everyday activities are the foundation of health and well-being, and I work hard to help each client find their own path to greater independence and confidence. Whether I'm coaching a family through early intervention, supporting a student in the classroom, or helping an adult manage the challenges of a mental health condition, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to results. I am also currently pursuing a Master of Social Work, which deepens my understanding of the whole person — not just their therapy goals, but the social and emotional context of their lives. I look forward to bringing that perspective to every session.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Clients and families often tell me they appreciate how much I listen and how creative I am in finding solutions that actually fit their lives. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether we're working together in person or via telehealth, I take the time to understand what matters most to you and build our work around that. My background in mental health, pediatrics, and wellness means I can meet you — or your child — wherever you are and help you move forward with confidence.
