About Me
Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a bilingual Spanish-English speech-language pathologist with more than six years of experience working with children and their families. My work has taken me across clinic, home, and teletherapy settings, so I understand that every child learns differently and every family has its own unique strengths and needs. I specialize in working with young children — from infants and toddlers in early intervention all the way through school-age kids. Whether a child is working on their first words, building sentence structure, or fine-tuning their speech sounds, I create a therapy experience that feels engaging, supportive, and fun. I use standardized assessments and evidence-based techniques to guide each child's treatment plan, and I make it a priority to keep families closely involved every step of the way. I also bring experience in parent coaching and counseling, because I believe that what happens between sessions matters just as much as what happens during them. My goal is always to help each child communicate with greater confidence — and to make sure families feel equipped and empowered to support that growth at home.
