About Me

I'm an occupational therapist with a deep passion for helping people reclaim their independence and improve their quality of life. My experience spans home health, acute care, and outpatient settings, where I've worked with a wide range of patients — from children with developmental delays and sensory processing challenges to adults recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and major surgeries. I believe that the best therapy happens when patients feel heard, safe, and respected. I take time to understand each person's unique goals and build individualized treatment plans that fit their real life — not just their diagnosis. Whether I'm helping someone return to daily routines after a hospital stay, working with a child on sensory and developmental skills, or teaching caregivers practical strategies at home, I bring the same level of care and commitment to every session. I hold a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I'm also trained in concussion and vision rehabilitation, crisis prevention, and mental health first aid — so I'm ready to support patients in a thoughtful, whole-person way.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

My patients often tell me they appreciate how much I genuinely listen and how I make therapy feel approachable rather than overwhelming. I'm patient, flexible, and committed to meeting people where they are. I work hard to make sure every person I see feels like a priority — because they are. Whether you're recovering from a major health event or working toward everyday goals, I'll be a steady, encouraging partner every step of the way.
