About Me
I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with a background that spans school-based therapy, direct patient care, and healthcare support. My journey in healthcare began long before I earned my OT certification — spending nearly a decade as a Certified Nursing Assistant taught me the value of patience, compassion, and meeting each person exactly where they are. Today, I bring that same heart to my work as an OTA, using meaningful activities to help students and clients build the skills they need to thrive in daily life. I believe that therapy works best when it feels purposeful and personal. Whether I am helping a student participate more fully in the classroom or supporting a client in building functional independence, my goal is always to make progress feel achievable. I take pride in creating a comfortable, encouraging environment where the people I work with feel safe, heard, and motivated to reach their goals.
