I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with more than four years of experience helping adults regain independence and confidence in their everyday lives. I have worked with clients across a wide range of settings — including clinics, homes, schools, and via telehealth — so I understand that every person's situation and comfort level is different. My experience includes supporting adults dealing with neurological, cardiac, and visual conditions, and I work closely with supervising occupational therapists to make sure each treatment plan is tailored to what matters most to you. I believe that good therapy starts with truly listening. I take the time to understand your goals and build a plan that fits your real life — not just your diagnosis. Whether we are working on getting dressed independently, building strength and coordination, or learning strategies that make daily routines easier, I am here to guide and encourage you every step of the way. I also place a strong emphasis on caregiver education, because I know that healing happens beyond the therapy session too.
