About Me

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I've spent the past three years doing what I truly love — working as an Occupational Therapist to help adults and older adults live more independently and comfortably. My background in psychology shaped the way I practice. I believe that mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I bring that whole-person perspective to every session. Whether we're working on daily routines, building strength, or finding creative ways to adapt to life's challenges, my goal is always to make therapy feel meaningful and relevant to your life. Outside of work, I stay active through swimming, pickleball, volleyball, and yoga — and I love traveling and exploring new places with family and friends. That sense of curiosity and movement carries right into how I approach care. I'm licensed in Florida, Texas, and California, and I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to fit your schedule. I'd love the opportunity to work with you.
