About Me
I have been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2012, and over the years I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds across many different healthcare settings. That variety has made me a more flexible and attentive therapist — one who can meet each person where they are and build a plan that truly fits their life. My goal is always to help the people I work with gain greater independence, confidence, and quality of life, one meaningful step at a time. I believe a positive mindset leads to positive results, and I carry that belief into every session. Outside of work, I have been happily married to my best friend for 26 years. I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects. Those experiences keep me grounded and remind me how much the small, everyday activities matter — which is exactly what occupational therapy is all about. I am committed to continuous learning and to making a real, lasting difference for the people I am fortunate enough to work with.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
It is simple — I listen. Every client deserves the chance to share their story and feel genuinely heard. I take the time to understand each person's unique goals, challenges, and concerns before we ever begin. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I build individualized treatment plans that reflect what matters most to you. My aim is for every client to feel supported, respected, and confident in their progress from the very first session.
