About Me

I've been a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for over 24 years, and I still genuinely love what I do. The majority of my career has been spent working in school settings, where I had the privilege of supporting children and adolescents through some of their most important years of growth and communication development. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how speech and language challenges affect kids not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. I take pride in creating a therapy environment where children feel safe, heard, and motivated to work hard. Every child learns differently, and I tailor my approach to fit each individual — their personality, their goals, and what makes them tick. I'm passionate about partnering with families throughout the process, because I know that progress happens both in session and at home. When parents feel informed and involved, kids thrive. I'm licensed in California and Texas and currently offer afternoon and evening appointments to fit busy family schedules.
