About Me
Hi, I'm Jaklen, a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with more than seven years of experience helping children find their voices and reach their communication goals. I work with children from the preschool years through adolescence, and I genuinely love getting to know each child as an individual — learning what excites them, what challenges them, and what makes them light up. I'm licensed in both California and Texas, and I'm proud to offer services in both Arabic and English, so families can feel fully understood and comfortable from the very first session. For me, therapy is a team effort. I enjoy building relationships with parents and caregivers just as much as I enjoy working with the kids themselves. When families feel informed and involved, children tend to thrive. Outside of the clinic, I love spending time outdoors with my family and exploring the world through photography — a reminder that every moment worth capturing is also worth celebrating.
