About Me
I'm a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who works with children and adolescents in California through teletherapy. I specialize in helping young people who are working through articulation, phonological, and language disorders — and I do it in both English and Spanish, so more families can feel truly heard and understood. I believe every child learns differently, so I design each session around what makes that child curious, engaged, and motivated. Whether we're playing a game, reading together, or practicing sounds through a fun activity, my goal is to make therapy feel like a place kids actually want to be. I also know that the progress children make in sessions is just one piece of the puzzle. That's why I stay in close contact with families and caregivers, sharing practical strategies they can use at home to keep the momentum going. Watching a child find their voice — and seeing their confidence grow — is what drives me every day.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Kids do their best work when they feel safe, seen, and supported. I take time at the start to build a real connection with each child before we dive into the hard stuff. I celebrate every win, no matter how small, and I adjust my approach based on what's working. Families tell me they appreciate how patient and collaborative I am, and I love keeping them looped in every step of the way. Seeing a child's face light up when something finally clicks — that never gets old.
