About Me
I'm a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with over 14 years of experience helping people of all ages find their voice. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders from Chapman University and my C-SLPA certification, and I provide speech and language services in both English and Spanish. Much of my work has focused on early intervention with children from 18 months through 18 years, but I've also had the privilege of working with young adults and older adults throughout my career. I'm skilled at tracking progress, contributing to treatment plans, and working closely with families and other professionals to support communication growth across everyday settings. Every person I work with has a unique story, and I believe therapy works best when it feels personal, encouraging, and relevant to real life. My goal is always to help clients build confidence in their communication — one meaningful step at a time.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Families often tell me how much it means to receive therapy in their home language. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to connect more naturally with Spanish-speaking clients and their families, and to deliver care that feels culturally comfortable. I bring a calm, motivating presence to every session, and I genuinely enjoy finding creative ways to make therapy engaging — whether I'm working with a toddler just learning to talk or an adult working to strengthen their communication skills.
