About Me

I'm Francesca, a doctoral-level occupational therapist with a deep passion for helping children grow, participate, and thrive in their everyday lives. My background spans outpatient clinics, home health, and prescribed pediatric extended care settings, which means I've worked with children across a wide range of needs and environments. I believe that the best therapy happens in the spaces where children actually live and play, which is why I focus on natural, real-world interventions that make sense for each family. Whether we're working on fine motor skills, sensory processing, or building better mealtime routines, I take time to truly understand each child and what matters most to their family. I place a strong emphasis on caregiver coaching because I know that progress happens between sessions too. My doctoral training included a specialized capstone in pediatric feeding at Nemours Children's Health, which deepened my commitment to supporting children with complex needs. I'm licensed in both California and Florida and bring a family-first, evidence-based approach to every child I serve.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

Families tell me they appreciate how I explain things clearly and make therapy feel approachable rather than overwhelming. I take the time to listen and build a real partnership with caregivers, because I know you are your child's best advocate. My goal is always for families to feel confident, supported, and hopeful — not just during sessions, but in everyday moments at home too. I bring genuine enthusiasm to this work, and I truly celebrate every step forward your child makes.
