Often times, people do not feel heard regarding their communication and daily challenges. My intervention is all about the WHY. I help my patients understand their medical issues, communication needs and we quickly develop strategies to improve quality of life. My sessions emphasize homework, steps to self management and independence. Patients' needs are at the center. Together, we tackle the hardest parts of your daily routine with practical strategies!
