About Me

I have been a hand therapist for going on 7 years, and working as an occupational therapist for 9. I specialize in wrist, digits and elbow rehabilitation following injuries such as fractures, muscle tears, surgeries, arthritis, tendonitis, etc., and thoroughly enjoy helping people return to their pre-injury performance. I have nearly 10 years experience in geriatrics, working with patients who have sustained strokes, falls resulting injury, dementia, and conditions impacting the heart and lungs. Outside of occupational therapy, I really enjoy reading, running, hiking and traveling.

Because I prioritize putting the fun in functional. The most important component of therapy is to remain consistent with your exercises, adaptations, pain management techniques. In my opinion, the best way to be consistent is to have fun (while working hard) and I try my best to incorporate that in to patient treatments.
