About Me
I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over five years of experience helping patients regain independence and return to the activities that matter most to them. My clinical work spans hand therapy, neurorehabilitation, and psychosocial health, giving me a well-rounded view of how occupational therapy can improve everyday life. I have worked with patients recovering from tendon injuries, as well as individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's, and PTSD. I take time to truly understand each patient's goals and tailor treatment plans that are both effective and meaningful. I believe therapy works best when patients feel heard and supported, so I focus on building a trusting relationship from our very first session. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate clearly and comfortably with a wider range of patients and families. Whether we are working on hand strengthening, home exercise programs, or daily living skills, my goal is always to help you feel more confident and capable in your daily life.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Patients appreciate that I take a personal, hands-on approach to care. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, so language is never a barrier to getting the support you need. I enjoy educating patients and their families so they feel empowered between sessions. I bring patience, encouragement, and genuine enthusiasm to every appointment, and I am committed to celebrating every step of your progress along the way.
