About Me
I'm an Occupational Therapist with a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from USC and more than 7 years of experience working with children and adolescents. My work focuses on helping young people navigate sensory processing differences, motor delays, and emotional regulation challenges so they can thrive at home, at school, and in their communities. I hold certifications in Sensory Integration, Trauma-Informed Care, and sensory-based feeding therapy, which means I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to every session. I also have a background in mental health services and specialized behavior intervention, so I'm comfortable supporting kids with a wide range of needs. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I'm proud to offer inclusive, culturally responsive care to families from diverse backgrounds. My goal is always to make sure each child and their family feels seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Families often tell me they appreciate how I treat therapy as a team effort. I work closely with parents and caregivers so that the progress we make together in sessions carries over into everyday life. My artistic background lets me weave creative activities into therapy, keeping kids engaged and motivated. I'm known for my patience and my ability to connect with children of all abilities — especially those who need a little extra time and gentleness to feel comfortable. I also collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to make sure every child receives well-rounded, coordinated care.
