About Me
I am an occupational therapist with a passion for helping people of all ages live fuller, more independent lives. My work spans a wide range of settings — from working with children in school-based telehealth programs to supporting older adults in their homes. I believe therapy works best when it is built around what matters most to each person, whether that is getting back to daily routines, managing a chronic condition, or building skills for school and life. I have experience supporting clients with neurological conditions like Parkinson's disease, stroke, and MS, as well as children with autism, sensory processing differences, and developmental delays. I am certified in LSVT-BIG and trained in telehealth delivery, so I can meet clients where they are — literally and figuratively. I take time to really listen and understand each person's goals before building a plan together. I want my clients to feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their progress. Whether we are working on self-regulation, daily living skills, fall prevention, or fine motor development, my goal is always to make therapy feel meaningful and achievable.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I take the time to understand their lives before jumping into treatment. I bring a calm, encouraging presence to every session and work hard to make sure goals feel realistic and relevant. I am comfortable working with children and adults alike, and I adapt my approach based on what each person needs. I genuinely enjoy celebrating small wins with my clients, because those wins add up to real change.
