Occupational Therapy

About Me

I am an Occupational Therapist with a focus on hand therapy and lymphedema management, and I genuinely love helping people get back to the activities that matter most to them. Whether you are recovering from a fracture, dealing with chronic pain, healing after surgery, or managing a condition like lymphedema or arthritis, I am here to walk that journey with you. My approach is hands-on and personalized. I take time to understand what is making daily life harder for you — whether that is gripping a coffee cup, typing at work, or simply feeling comfortable in your own skin — and I build a treatment plan around your specific goals. I use techniques like manual therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic exercise, ultrasound, and compression therapy to help reduce pain and swelling and restore strength and movement. I also believe that healing does not stop when a session ends. I make sure you and your family leave with clear guidance, home exercises, and adaptive strategies so you feel confident and supported every day. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, so I can communicate with you in whichever language feels most comfortable. My goal is simple: to help you feel better, move better, and live better.

Why Clients Love Working With Me

Patients often tell me they appreciate that I truly listen before jumping into treatment. I take the time to understand your daily life and what recovery really means for you. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, so language is never a barrier to great care. My sessions are warm and collaborative — I want you to feel like a partner in your own recovery, not just a patient on a schedule. I bring advanced training in hand therapy and lymphedema care, and I stay committed to learning so you always receive the most effective, up-to-date treatment available.
