About Me
I am a licensed physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and more than a decade of hands-on clinical experience. My background spans outpatient orthopedic care, neurological rehabilitation, and home health settings, which means I bring a well-rounded perspective to every patient I work with. I started my healthcare journey as an occupational therapist, which gave me a deep appreciation for how function and independence connect to quality of life. That foundation shapes how I approach physical therapy today — I always think about what matters most to you in your daily life and build your care plan around those goals. I am fluent in English and Farsi, and I also provide therapy in therapeutic Spanish, so I can connect with patients from a variety of backgrounds in a way that feels comfortable and clear. I am also an APTA-certified clinical instructor, which reflects my commitment to staying current with best practices and evidence-based care. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or trying to get back to the activities you love, I am here to guide you every step of the way with patience and dedication.
Why Clients Love Working With Me
Patients appreciate that I take time to truly listen and understand their goals before jumping into treatment. My dual background in physical and occupational therapy helps me see the full picture of how an injury or condition affects everyday life. I speak English, Farsi, and therapeutic Spanish, so more patients can feel at ease during sessions. I bring energy, experience, and genuine care to every appointment, and I am committed to helping you reach your personal best.
