About Me

Hi! I'm an Occupational Therapist with 7 years of experience helping adults and older adults get back to the activities that bring meaning and joy to their lives. One of the things I love most about OT is how it blends science with creativity. Every person is unique, so I combine evidence-based practice with thoughtful problem-solving to find solutions that fit your goals, routines, and lifestyle. I especially enjoy working through telehealth because it lets me meet you where you are — literally. Seeing your home environment and daily routines helps us build strategies that are practical, realistic, and sustainable. Whether we're working on managing pain, improving daily function, or building greater independence, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and equipped with tools you can confidently use on your own. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our two young children, and our two fluffy dogs. You'll often find us outdoors or exploring San Diego's amazing food scene — sushi, ramen, and burritos are personal favorites!
