Hi, I'm Alexis Bishop, a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) with nearly seven years of experience helping people build the skills they need for everyday life. My background spans skilled nursing and outpatient pediatric settings, so I bring a wide range of hands-on experience to the people I work with. I'm licensed in both Tennessee and Virginia, and I'm happy to work with clients in English or Spanish, so language is never a barrier to getting great care. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported — and I work hard to create that kind of environment every session. As a mom of two and a military spouse, I understand firsthand how busy and unpredictable life can be.
