Job Description
All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-A) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic part/full time in Katy, TX! We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

Responsibilities
- Implement an individual's plan of care
- Maintain a caseload of pediatric population
- Keep appropriate and daily documentation
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress
- Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines
- Active SLPA License in the State of Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA
- Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
- Experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting
- Experience writing SOAP Notes
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
- Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+)
- Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish is a must.
- Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC, preferred
- Current CPR certification
