Why OTs & COTAs Choose All Care
Occupational therapy is uniquely powerful via telehealth, and our hybrid model gives you the flexibility to deliver care in the setting where it matters most.
You Choose How You Work
1099 contractor for maximum flexibility, or W-2 for stability and benefits. Full-time, part-time, or independent contractor. Your career, your terms.
We Handle Cross-State Licensure
We cross-license therapists to work in multiple states. Expand your reach and earning potential across 15+ states without navigating licensure bureaucracy alone.
Telehealth Is Better for OT
You see patients in their actual home: their kitchen, bathroom, workspace, child's play area. Tailor strategies to their real environment in real time. It's not a compromise.
50/50 Caseload Mix
Half pediatric (from birth), half adult. Sensory processing, autism, feeding, stroke recovery, hand therapy, cognitive rehab, diverse from day one.
Therapist-Owned Company
400+ therapists. Our leadership includes licensed therapists. Clinical decisions stay clinical, not driven by billing quotas or investor targets.
Work in Any Setting
Telehealth, clinic, on-site, or in-home: all four settings available. Most OTs use a hybrid model, but the choice is yours.
