Job Description

Summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a virtual Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate care to clients across the lifespan.  The therapist is a team member of a multidisciplinary team and collaborates with others to establish a plan of care and has the ability to treat clients that are prone to a range of physical disabilities. Experience with RTM is preferred. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and record reviews to determine physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals. 

• Evaluate patients' strength, flexibility, range of motion, neurological status, balance, and ambulation or wheelchair mobility. 

• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation and physical assessment. 

• Create and update treatment plans, with specific goals and tasks to help clients progress.  

• Deliver effective therapy, including exercises, remote therapeutic monitoring programs, neuromuscular re-education and functional activities to promote participation in daily activities.  

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, therapists, and other members of the client’s care team. 

• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on response to treatment intervention.  

• Complete all HIPAA compliant clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system. 

• Contribute to meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care plans.

• Serves and protects the physical therapy practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

● Unrestricted Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program 

● Experience as a physical therapist 

● Active California License

● Current active state PT license required 

● Continued education requirements maintained 

● Compassionate and caring demeanor 

● Current CPR certification 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

● Possess good time management skills 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT 

● Constantly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. 

● Constantly able to crawl, stoop, bend and sit on the floor 

● Have good close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust for various lighting. 

Location and Hours

Remote Monday to Friday Schedule
