With 30 years of experience in occupational therapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people of all ages reach their fullest potential. My work spans early intervention, sensory processing, feeding difficulties, oral motor therapy, behavior management, motor development, attention, and cognitive support. I hold certifications as a Level 1 Handwriting Specialist and a Pediatric Yoga Instructor, which allow me to bring creative, whole-child approaches into every session. I've also developed fitness programs for school curriculums, blending movement and learning in meaningful ways. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I offer evening appointments to fit busy family schedules. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, so families can communicate comfortably in the language that feels most natural to them. Above all, my goal is simple — to help improve my clients' quality of life, one meaningful step at a time.
