Sobre Mí
I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with a strong background in both speech-language support and behavioral intervention. My graduate training in Special Education with an ABA emphasis, combined with hands-on experience across school-based, clinic, and teletherapy settings, has prepared me to meet students where they are — academically, communicatively, and emotionally. I have worked with PreK through school-aged students who have a wide range of needs, including autism, dyslexia, emotional disturbances, and developmental delays. As a certified Dyslexia Intervention Specialist, I bring targeted literacy support alongside communication therapy. I believe every child deserves access to services that are individualized, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed. Whether working in-person or via teletherapy, I focus on building trust with students and families so that real progress can happen. I take pride in tracking meaningful data and collaborating closely with teachers, families, and specialists to make sure therapy goals connect to real life. I am especially passionate about supporting students who have historically been underserved, including foster youth, LGBTQ students, and English Language Learners.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
Families I work with appreciate that I bring both warmth and structure to every session. I take time to understand each child's unique strengths and challenges before jumping into goals. I am fluent in IEP processes and keep families informed every step of the way. My background in ABA, dyslexia intervention, and trauma-informed care means I can support students with complex, overlapping needs — and I genuinely enjoy doing it.
