I’m an occupational therapist with years of experience in hospital settings, including intensive care units, and working with medically complex adults and children. My background spans across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and home health. I specialize in helping people with neurological, orthopedic, and complex medical conditions build strength, restore function, and regain independence after illness, injury, surgery, or changes in their abilities. My approach combines strengthening and functional training with practical, individualized strategies tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Above all, I want my clients to feel stronger, more capable, and confident doing the activities that matter most to them.
