Sobre Mí
I've been a physical therapist for more than 35 years, and hand therapy has been a central passion throughout my career. As a Certified Hand Therapist, I work with people recovering from hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries — helping them get back to the activities that matter most to them. I also have broad experience in general outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, and I've worked with patients across a wide range of diagnoses, from sports injuries to post-surgical recovery to neurological conditions. One thing that sets my practice apart is my deep background in Pilates-based rehabilitation. I spent many years as a studio owner and certified Pilates instructor, and I bring that knowledge into my clinical work to help patients build strength, body awareness, and lasting function — not just short-term relief. I take the time to really listen to each person and understand their goals. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or trying to return to a sport or hobby, I'll work with you to create a plan that fits your life. I believe good therapy is both science and relationship, and I'm committed to making every session feel supportive and purposeful.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
Patients often tell me they appreciate how much I listen and how clearly I explain what's going on with their body. I combine a strong clinical foundation with practical, hands-on techniques — and I genuinely enjoy problem-solving alongside my patients. My Pilates background gives me tools that most physical therapists don't have, and I love finding creative ways to help people move better and feel stronger. I'm straightforward, encouraging, and fully invested in your progress.
