Sobre Mí
Hi there! My name is Patricia — though most people call me Patty. I'm a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed in Florida with over five years of hands-on experience. I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in both home and clinic settings, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on how occupational therapy fits into real, everyday life. I believe therapy should feel personal, not one-size-fits-all. Every person I work with has a unique story, and I take the time to truly understand what matters most to them before we build a plan together. Whether we're working on daily living skills, fine motor development, or helping someone regain independence, my goal is always to make meaningful progress in a way that feels achievable and encouraging. I'm also proud to offer services in both English and Spanish, so more families and individuals can feel fully comfortable during every session.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
I lead with empathy. Before I suggest a single strategy, I want to understand your experience from your perspective. I'm also naturally creative, which means I look for solutions that are practical and engaging — not just textbook answers. Clients and families often tell me they appreciate that I listen closely and bring genuine enthusiasm to every session. I'm always learning, always adapting, and always in your corner.
