I am an Occupational Therapist with more than 11 years of experience supporting children, adults, and older adults in reaching their goals and participating more fully in the activities that matter most to them. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized, practical, and built around the individual, not just the diagnosis. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I take the time to understand each person's unique needs, daily routines, challenges, and goals so we can create meaningful strategies that fit into real life. Whether the focus is building independence, improving functional skills, supporting development, managing physical or neurological challenges, or navigating changes in daily life, I strive to make therapy a positive and empowering experience. I enjoy partnering with clients and families to celebrate progress, build confidence, and develop skills that support greater independence and quality of life. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish and value creating a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapy journey.
