Sobre Mí
I am a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong passion for helping people communicate more effectively and confidently. My clinical background spans articulation, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. I have worked extensively with school-age children, supporting their communication growth through individualized therapy and thoughtful IEP planning. Before becoming an SLP, I spent several years as a Special Education teacher, which gave me a deep understanding of how communication challenges affect learning and daily life. That experience shapes the way I connect with my clients and their families — I meet people where they are and build from there. I believe every person deserves a therapy experience that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to their unique needs. Whether I'm working on speech sounds, language skills, or helping someone find their voice, my goal is always the same: to help my clients make real, meaningful progress they can feel proud of. I'm committed to staying current with evidence-based practices so that the care I provide is both effective and compassionate.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
Clients and families often tell me they appreciate how patient and encouraging I am during sessions. I take time to truly understand each person's goals and communication style before diving into treatment. My background as a Special Education teacher means I know how to make therapy engaging, especially for children who may feel nervous or frustrated at first. I work hard to make every session feel like a partnership — because the best results happen when clients feel heard, supported, and motivated to keep going.
