I live in western Pennsylvania with my husband and two daughters and a grown son that lives near by. I am passionate about providing treatment and education for those I am working with to improve their quality of life and love learning more in my specialty areas. I love being outdoors kayaking, skiing, and camping. I also am founder and director of a non-profit organization providing mentorship sessions for kids in crisis with horses.

I think therapy should feel engaging, not like a chore. I work hard to find approaches that are both fun and functional, so my clients stay motivated and actually enjoy working toward their goals. Whether I'm working with a young child or an adult, I meet each person where they are and build from there. My clients and their families often tell me they appreciate feeling like true partners in the process — not just recipients of care.
