Sobre Mí
I'm a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with 16 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults find their voice. I grew up in Puerto Rico and earned my Bachelor of Science in Speech Therapy from Universidad del Turabo in 2011. Over the years, I've worked across a wide range of settings — including teletherapy, private clinics, home health, and schools — which has given me a well-rounded perspective on how to meet each person where they are. One area I'm especially passionate about is Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Supporting individuals who use AAC devices and systems to express themselves is truly meaningful work, and watching my clients grow in confidence and communication is what drives me every day. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect more naturally with Spanish-speaking clients and families. I offer evening availability, making it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
I believe therapy should feel engaging, not like a chore. I tailor my approach to each person's unique needs, interests, and learning style — blending structure with creativity to keep sessions fun and motivating. My clients and their families often tell me they appreciate how comfortable and encouraged they feel from the very first session. Whether we're working toward a small milestone or a major breakthrough, I'm fully invested in every step of the journey.
