Sobre Mí
I have been working as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 25 years, and helping people live more independently is something I truly care about. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of patients — from young children to older adults in skilled nursing and home health settings. I take time to really understand each person's unique challenges and strengths before building a plan that fits their life. I believe that therapy works best when patients feel encouraged and supported every step of the way. Whether I am helping someone learn to use adaptive equipment, practice daily living skills, or build strategies for problem solving and self-advocacy, I bring patience and positivity to every session. I also work closely with families and caregivers so that progress continues at home, not just in the clinic. I enjoy making therapy meaningful and, when working with children, I make sure sessions are fun and engaging so kids stay motivated to reach their goals. My goal is always to help each person I work with feel more confident and capable in their everyday life.
Por Qué los Clientes Disfrutan Trabajar Conmigo
Patients and families often tell me they appreciate how encouraging and patient I am during sessions. I take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure everyone — the patient and their loved ones — feels comfortable and informed. I genuinely celebrate every milestone, big or small, and I work hard to make therapy feel less like a task and more like a step toward a better, more independent life.
